Ted Dohrmann - the firm's General manager - is a mechanical engineer and qualified ergonomist. Following several years' work in manufacturing settings in NSW and Victoria, including supervisory and process improvement roles in high-volume, fast-moving factory environments, Ted was launched into our consulting work full-time from 2007. He manages the team providing expert opinions and reports to lawyers, as well overseeing our consulting services in safety. He also directs the firm's day-to-day activities, and its people.
Ted shares in the firm's work of carrying out detailed forensic investigations into accidents, and gives expert evidence at court. An expert on slips, logistics, strain analysis, public liability and industrial accidents, Ted is a clear, effective expert witness.

Geoff Waddell - a civil engineer - rejoined us in early 2004. His ergonomics training is put to great use in accident investigation and analysis. An excellent and thoughtful expert witness. He defines the main food groups as fish and chips, the meat pie, and peanut butter (only crunchy).
Geoff has taught ergonomics to tertiary OH&S students, and is an expert in industrial accidents, slips and falls, structures, traffic, machinery, construction, and situations where force analysis and material properties are significant. Unfailingly helpful to all. Loves the Swannies.

Bill Contoyannis is an engineer, an ergonomist, and has a Master's degree in Biomechanics. Loves cars, mechanical matters and solving problems. An expert in medical, hospital and rehabilitation equipment, and a cooking whiz (he bakes our daily bread at the office). Bill is an insightful forensic expert who tackles and unravels complicated personal injury claims, and goes to court to give evidence. Footy? a Blue-Boy from way back. |

Glen Smith is a qualified ergonomist and occupational therapist, a former WorkCover Inspector, and an experienced trainer and problem-solver across meatworks, manufacturing, food processing, transport, logistics, health care and distribution centres. Currently Chairman (Victoria) of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia, Glen is a skilled assessor of OHS systems quality and compliance, and an expert witness. He is also a keen and accomplished musician and a musical instrument technician.

Mark Dohrmann is a mechanical engineer and qualified ergonomist who has designed, trained, advised and encouraged thousands of Australians into safer and more productive work arrangements.
Mark, a Certified Professional Ergonomist, is an expert in strain injury, slips and falls, and familiar with many industries, jobs and work settings. He attends court in several states.
Mark - the firm's founder - now serves the team by preparing expert reports in personal injuries matters, assisting and mentoring the consultants, and in business planning. He is also busy with Tadvic Inc (a not-for-profit designing equipment for persons with disabilities) and Sacred Heart Mission Inc (serving persons experiencing homelessness, and researching its causes).

Rizwan Naseer, our Accounts Manager and qualified accountant who looks after all our account-keeping, payments, receivables, payables, reconciliations. payroll, super, tax payments and business reporting. We couldn't get by without him. Produces reports and graphs on anything that moves, and he always knows where everybody is (and what time they came in). A Demons supporter and guardian of Gainore. Mark Hennessy is a Melbourne-based associate of our firm. He is a Certified Professional Ergonomist with a Master's degree in Public Health, and was awarded life membership of the Victorian Safe Communities Network for his substantial contributions to safety outside of workplaces. Specialising in applying anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to musculoskeletal injury prevention. Mark is co-author of two popular WorkCover publications on preventing injuries in health and aged care through better workplace design and better manual handling practices. His training in biostatistics and epidemiology provide him with a critical view of the scientific method, and of the strengths and weaknesses of various scientific research reports. He applies his broad scientific knowledge to risk assessment and control in public health, community safety, road safety, workplace safety, sports injuries, children’s safety and safety in private settings and public spaces.

Qualified in Human Movement and (at postgraduate level) in Ergonomics, Mike is a cheerful man who gives 110% to helping people gain comfort, satisfaction and healthy conditions at their work. Ken Horrigan, our respected Brisbane-based Associate, is a mechanical engineer and ergonomist. He has worked for years as a manager and consultant in OH&S, risk management and ergonomics, holding senior management roles with the National Safety Council of Australia, and serving as an expert member on the Workplace Health and Safety Council. Ken also has extensive experience as a trainer and facilitator with excellent change management skills.
