Geoff Waddell - a civil engineer - rejoined us in early 2004. His ergonomics training is put to great use in accident investigation and analysis. An excellent and thoughtful expert witness.
Geoff teaches ergonomics to OH&S students, and is an expert in industrial accidents, slips and falls, structures, traffic, machinery, construction, and situations where force analysis and material properties are significant.

Ted Dohrmann - a mechanical engineer, is manager of our Consulting Services division. Ted came to us in 2007 after four years' manufacturing experience in NSW and Victoria, including supervisory and process improvement roles in high-volume, fast-moving factory environments.
Apart from managing our consulting projects, Ted carries out forensic investigations into accidents and provides business support for our process flow and quality control (report preparation, research and information management).

Mary Kikas- a skilled and experienced ergonomist, Mary conducts workplace evaluations, providing advice and guidance on health, safety and process improvements. A qualified physiotherapist, Mary was Corporate Ergonomist with Ford Motor Co in Melbourne for three years, after heading a successful physio practice and consulting to manufacturers in a range of industries on ergonomics, rehab and safety. A cheerful workmate with good business brains and capacity for hard work.

Mike Atherton- a passionate and experienced ergonomist with over twenty years doing workplace evaluations, training, giving advice on health, safety and processes.. Qualified in Human Movement and (at postgraduate level) in Ergonomics, Mike is a cheerful man who gives 110% to helping people gain comfort, satisfaction and healthy conditions at their work. He occasionally disappears on adventures (like sailing around Australia). Father of Jarrah, a lovely little fellow. |

Mark Hennessy is a safety and ergonomics specialist in public safety, and has a Master's degree in Public Health. Originally trained in Human Movement and Work Physiology, Mark works on projects where rigorous standards of investigation and analysis are required. A strain injury specialist, author and Certified Professional Ergonomist.

Victoria (Vicki) Moore, office manager, looks after our internal document production, quality control and work flow, liaising with our many clients, delegating and monitoring a million little things, organising visits and keeping track of us and you. A born organiser, social secretary and "includer", Vicki has radar on her radar.
