General Manager – Operations

Faruq is General Manager – Operations at Dohrmann Consulting, responsible for the operational performance of the business and supporting the effective delivery of specialist consulting services. He works across people, projects, systems and commercial operations to strengthen service delivery, improve business performance and enable Dohrmann’s consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Faruq brings more than 18 years of experience across consulting, engineering, aviation, defence and professional services, with particular expertise in operations, project and program delivery, governance and business improvement. Prior to joining Dohrmann Consulting, he held national operational leadership roles with WSP and Greencap, supporting multidisciplinary consulting businesses delivering services across health and safety, occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, property compliance, environmental consulting and emergency management.
