David Trembearth rejoined us in 1999 from the WorkCover Authority, to the delight of all at the firm. David (seen here - left - with his son Oliver) was a Team Leader at the VWA; he is also a former secondary teacher (physical education), and has a graduate diploma in ergonomics. His full list of qualifications is ergonomics, teaching, safety auditing, and remedial massage - a versatile and companionable man who gets a lot of satisfaction from the forensic ergonomics involved in court preparation. |
Geoff Waddell - an engineer - see below - rejoined us in early 2004 after 18 years of adventures elsewhere. We're delighted to have him back. His skill with puns puts David (the previous king) in the shade, but the cracks the two of them make have everybody choking.
Geoff teaches ergonomics to OH&S students in his spare time, and applies his talents with us to workplace safety, workstation ergonomics, and the analysis of accidents where litigation is involved.
We also love chooks. We have a plan to establish a company chook run.

Below:: Vicki Moore manages the office, and shares the work of liaising with our many clients, organising visits and keeping track of us and you.
Vicki is a regular contributor to our daily lunches in the office. Her lentil soup and lemon yoghurt cake are legendary. Here's the cake:

Above,: Diane Bichler is an all-rounder - really good at proof-reading and polishing our reports to make them "just right" before they go. Diane is one of the longest-serving people in our company.
Right, below: Diane Ward - book-keeper, paymistress, and boss of all numbers. We can't trick her.
:

Left: Mike Atherton is an "all-rounder" ergonomist, trained in Human Movement, a regular trainer, and over ten years' experience in assessing workstations. A very personable man.
|
Right: this is Warren Williams - the good-humoured man we all like to work with. Primary qualifications in Business Management; a Graduate Diploma in ergonomics; fifteen years in active industrial safety management in Australia and South East Asia. Warren is an outdoor man who took his wife Sue on a 4-wheel drive sabattical through the heart of this big country a while back. Warren's idea of a good weekend usually involves a surfboard. Our lifestyle consultant. |

Below:
Anabela Morgado is a qualified and
experienced ergonomist; her principal expertise is in
occupational rehabilitation. Her first degree was in
medicine, and her work takes her into all sorts of
workplaces. Nine years with Australia's largest
rehabilitation provider has added a great deal to her
ergonomics expertise. |
|
Right: outstanding occupational hygienist Brian Eva (right) is an accredited EPA Victoria Environmental Auditor (Industrial Facilities). He can sample air, measure noise, evaluate radiation, and will cheerfully advise on all manners of nasties. What a man! |
|
Mark: this is the public image. But how
does he motivate his staff? Well, we caught him on film:
That's a knife in his hand! |

Finally, Liz Dohrmann - the boss's gracious wife. Here she is (below) blowing out ALL the candles (in one go) on TWO birthday cakes, at her party. Liz teaches Adult Literacy.
