Where you complete one of our short on-line surveys, you help make our reports and advice more complete, more accurate, better balanced and (importantly) more helpful. The more information we obtain from you, the better we can understand your situation.
We understand that you may forget to tell us some details if you are asked questions 'on the spot' at an assessment. A survey form gives you time to think about all the things you want us to know. The workstation pre-assessment questions are designed to give you a taste of what we are interested in, and us some useful background information before we see you on the day of the assessment.
The key to providing quality service is to constantly improve, and the best way to work out what can be improved is to ask our clients.
